- Apple Pie Smoothie (apple, frozen banana, greek yogurt, almonds, cinnamon, water, ice)
- 3 Hard boiled egg whites
- Asian Peanut Noodles with Chicken (left overs!! YUM YUM)
- Green Beans
- 1.5 tbsp Maranatha Peanut Butter
- 2 handfuls Trail mix
- 2 slices Gluten Free Ancient Grain Bread
- 2 oz Salsalito Roasted Turkey Breast
- 3 slices Turkey Bacon
- 1 slice Provolone Cheese (thin sliced)
- Roasted Asparagus
- 500 calories burned at Personal trainer
- walked dogs
I FREAKING LOVE TED TALKS! I could literally watch them all day. Just found this list of inspirational TED talks about fitness, health and happiness - I’ve watched some already but I can’t wait to watch the rest.
